Not every recipe will encompass every nutrient (it’s a little harder for the vegetarians) but they are all yummy ways to get the most out of each meal.
Eating dairy & eggs makes it easier to get your nutrients, but it’s important to choose them wisely. Opting for eggs from humanely raised, hormone-free chickens & dairy from rBST-free, grass-fed, free-range animals will guarantee better flavour and better health benefits.
When a recipe calls for frozen or canned ingredients always substitute them with fresh when possible, your nails will thank you.
