Terms And Conditions – Minx Nails Starter Kit Giveaway
What you need to know about our Minx Nails Giveaway.
1. The competition is open to qualified nail technicians aged 18 or over, except for employees of www.inspirationail.com, their families or anyone else associated with this competition.
2. All information detailing how to enter this competition forms part of these terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules.
3. The prize (supplied by Minx Nails, Inc.) is a Minx Nails Starter Pack, valued at $195.50. (If you already have a Minx Heat Lamp an alternative prize of Minx Templates equal to the value of the Heat Lamp will be awarded).
4. The decision of the Minx Nails, Inc. is final.
5. Entry submissions will be left as a comment on www.inspirationail.com. We regret that we are unable to accept postal entries or entries via agencies, social media or other third parties.
6. Submission of an entry indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions.
7. The competition closes midnight Monday 16th November 2009 (GMT). All entries must be received by the advertised closing time and date & entries sent after this time will not be considered.
8. The winner will be contacted during the week of 23rd November 2009, they have 4 days to respond or the prize will be passed onto a new winner.
9. All details collected during the giveaway process will be shared with Minx Nails, Inc.
10. Entrants name and comment may be disclosed publicly on www.inspirationail.com and social media sites.
11. We accept no responsibility for lost entries and proof of transmission will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
12. Where applicable, import duty of the prize is the responsibility of the winner.
13. All prizes are non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives.

I love all the designs, specially all with hearts and red nails. Because red is my favorite color, all the nails with that color are my favorites.
If i Win Minx will be the talk of the town here in Barbados in the Caribbean and also the world as we will be on the list as upcoming country who also offers Minx so when people come here to Barbados they can also be minxed.
My current favorite is the Black with Silver sporty stripes. I hope I win!
So far the French manicure Silver and Golden Lighting Swoosh Top is my favorite because it goes with any style you wear. I’m the first Nail Salon that is doing MINX in their backyard of Fallbrook, CA, where we hope to get all of Fallbrook nailed with MINX.

I really had a hard time picking just one, each design has a very special unique look. I usally play it safe, but I am going to say that the MINXLUSION BLACK FISHNET,because it has the chance to shine in all the Minx colors just by moving it around. Although the holidays call for the Christmas Pink & Silver Lightning Candy Cane.
