Erica-Renée Sinfully Shea Giveaway Terms and Conditions

What you need to know about our Erica-Renée Giveaway.

1. The competition is open to UK users age 18 or older. Employees of Inspirationail or Erica-Renée, their families or anyone else associated with the competition may not participate.

2. All information detailing how to enter this competition forms part of these terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules.

3. Prizes are supplied by Erica-Renée. Rosie & Geranium prize is 1 @ Organic Shea Butter & 1 @ Rosie & Geranium Whipped Shea Butter for a total value of £15.00. Lavender Fields prize is 1 @ Organic Shea Butter & 1 @ Lavender Fields Whipped Shea Butter for a total value of £15.00.

4. The giveaway decisions of Erica-Renée and Inspirationail are final.

5. Entry submissions will be left as a comment on Monday’s post (6th February 2012). We regret that we are unable to accept postal entries or entries via agencies, social media or other third parties.

6. Submission of an entry indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions.

7. The competition will close at 11:59pm (GMT) on Friday 10th February 2012 (GMT). All entries must be received by the advertised closing time and date & entries sent after this time will not be considered.

8. The winners will be contacted within a week of the competition closing and they will have 4 days to respond or the prize will be passed on to a new winner.

9. Any details collected during the giveaway process may be shared with Erica-Renée.

10. Entrants name and comment may be disclosed publicly on www.inspirationail.com and social media sites.

11. We accept no responsibility for lost entries and proof of transmission will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

12. Where applicable, import duty of the prize is the responsibility of the winner.

13. All prizes are non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives.

14. The winners may be required to take part in publicity.

15. Rules, terms & conditions of the giveaway may be subject to change without prior notice.

16. Prize winner relinquishes all claims or liability towards www.inspirationail.com for any injuries that may be sustained in association with this giveaway.
