Shipping policy
All delivery addresses will be copied as per the customer input.
Products that are currently in stock are normally dispatched within 3 – 5 days of your cleared payment.
Shortly after you place your order you will receive an e-mail confirming your order details.
Orders will require a signature upon delivery as items are dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Service (with the exception of a-england, Nubar & Mavala products which will not require a signature upon delivery).

International orders
Contact us if you require items to be delivered outside of the UK, shipping charges apply.
Notification
In the event that a product has been overlooked and is currently out of stock, you will be notified of this and we would expect to get your goods to you as soon as possible.
Delay
In the unlikely event of a delay, we will notify you by e-mail with an estimated dispatch date.
Damage In transit
It will be your responsibility to inform us immediately of any damage to delivered goods. Details must be recorded on the delivery documentation, and we must be notified no later than 24 hours after delivery – do not dispose of any of the packaging as this will be required.
Incorrect Goods
Notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 24 hours of delivery. If the items are not what you ordered, you must not open the manufactures packaging or use the items. It is your responsibility to notify us.
Non deliveries
We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 3 days from expected delivery date.
