We understand that sometimes things come up and cancelling is your only option. We will work with you to find a solution that doesn’t leave your nails suffering.
Finding A Solution Together
The earlier you let us know about any scheduling conflicts the better, that allows us time to notify our providers and reschedule your appointment or party for a later date. Please give us at least 48 hours of notice for rescheduling.
Should you need to cancel altogether, we’ll still work with you. All appointments cancelled within 24 hours after booking are refundable minus a 10% administration fee. Sorry, appointments cancelled within 24 hours of their scheduled time are non refundable.
