a-england Legend Giveaway Terms and Conditions

What you need to know about our a-england Giveaway.

1. The competition is open to global residents ages 18 or older. Employees of Inspirationail or a-england, their families or anyone else associated with the competition may not participate.

2. All information detailing how to enter this competition forms part of these terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the contestant agrees to abide by these rules.

3. Prize is supplied by a-england. A prizes are one of each bottle of the Legend collection (each valued at £9.50) and one will be awarded every day of the week. Monday 1 @ Ascalon, Tuesday 1 @ Bridal Veil, Wednesday 1 @ Dragon, Thursday 1 @ Order of the Garter, Friday 1 @ Princess Sabra, Saturday 1 @ Princess Tears, Sunday 1 @ Saint George.

4. The giveaway decisions of a-england and Inspirationail are final.

5. Entry submissions will be left as a comment on one of the contest posts, which will be published at 8am (GMT) each day of the week of 30th Jan through 5th Feb. We regret that we are unable to accept postal entries or entries via agencies, social media or other third parties.

6. Submission of an entry indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions.

7. The competition for each day will close at 11:59pm (GMT) that night. All entries must be received by the advertised closing time and date & entries sent after this time will not be considered.

8. The winners will be contacted the week of 6th February, they will have 4 days to respond or the prize will be passed on to runner up and a new runner up will be selected.

9. Any details collected during the giveaway process may be shared with a-england.

10. Entrants name and comment may be disclosed publicly on www.inspirationail.com and social media sites.

11. We accept no responsibility for lost entries and proof of transmission will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

12. Where applicable, import duty and/ or regional custom duty charges of the prize is the responsibility of the winner(s). Open to Global participation.

13. All prizes are non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives.

14. The winners may be required to take part in publicity.

15. Rules, terms & conditions of the giveaway may be subject to change without prior notice.

16. Prize winners relinquishes all claims or liability towards www.inspirationail.com for any injuries that may be sustained in association with this giveaway.
